Air Fryer Chickpeas

So. I know that this recipe does not include sunbutter, but it goes so well with the protein box that I posted on my Instagram page. These are crunchy, delicious and protein packed— the perfect filler-up. And they are so easy to make! Start with salt and pepper for seasoning, and go from there. I like garlic and curry powder, and I’m contemplating making a “kettle” version with a little sugar, cinnamon, and cardamom. I don’t think you can go wrong!

Ingredients

1 can garbanzo beans/chickpeas

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Other seasonings to taste

Instructions

Open can of chickpeas, drain and rinse. You don’t need to pat them dry.

Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and seasoning

Pop in air fryer for 12- 15 minutes, tossing occasionally
