SB and J Cocktail

It’s the weekend, and it’s time to relax with a cocktail The Sunbutter old-fashioned is good, or you could go for a Cocoa Suntini. but how does an Sunbutter and Jelly cocktail sound? Hmmmmmm….

You can put your own twist on this: If you’re not allergic to peanuts, you can use Skrewball Whiskey. If you’re not allergic to tree nuts, you can use Frangelico. Or if you’re sensitive to both, you can use Disaronno, but if you do you should add a splash of cranberry juice because it’s pretty sweet.

Ingredients

4 oz Skrewball, Frangelico, or Disaronno

3 oz Chambord

Cranberry Juice (optional)

Favorite Ry’s Sunbutter flavor

Crushed cookies (I used Stroopwafel)

salt

Instructions

Crush cookies into crumbs, mix with pinch of salt.

Rim 8 oz glass with sunbutter, dip into crumbs

Add ice

Pour Chambord first, then layer on whiskey or liqueur of your choice. If using Disaronno, add a splash of cranberry juice.
