Very Berry Smoothie

New note: I figured it out!
Welcome to my Recipes page! I’ll probably write a thought or two at the beginning of each recipe, but that’s it! I won’t make you scroll through all my musings about each ingredient, but I will note any helpful suggestions or substitutions I made. Let’s get to it!
For this recipe I used coconut milk instead of the lowfat milk that it calls for, and you can use any milk you choose. Also, if you use flax seeds, please grind them first. Trust me. And go wild with your own toppings!
Recipe
2 cups frozen berries
3-4 tbsp. Vanilla Sea Salt sunbutter
3/4 cup lowfat milk
4 oz. Greek yogurt
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbsp. chia or flax seeds
Toppings:
Coconut flakes
Strawberry vanilla oat clusters
Cocoa Sunbutter
Instructions
Throw all the ingredients in the blender, fruit first. Blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Add toppings, and a few dabs of the Cocoa Sunbutter. Boom! You’ve got a healthy, filling breakfast!
