Cocoa Suntini
So, this is woooo, let me tell ya. So, so good. ( I mean, I’m not gonna say that any of my recipes are bad, but man.) The orginal recipe calls for Frangelico, but that has trace amounts of hazelnut, so I used Disarrono. It’s like a boozy little dessert. I promise, if you can hold off Friday happy hour until after dinner, and you make this drink, it’ll be totally worth the wait. This recipe makes two, and I won’t tell if you drink both.
Ingredients
Cocoa Sunbutter
2 graham crackers, crushed (Schar Honeygrams are gluten free)
100 ml Frangelico or Disaronno
100 ml Baileys (Bailey’s Almande is dairy and gluten-free)
Instructions
Rim glass with cocoa sunbutter—i used a butter knife. Some will slip down the rim, but this is a good thing. Dip rims into crumbs. Put Frangelico and Bailey’s into shaker (or glass) with ice. Shake and pour into martini or coupe glass and you’re ready to imbibe, baby.
P.S. You can just make this in a regular glass with ice if you want. I was just feeling fancy.
