Sunbutter Cup Old-Fashioned Cocktail

I think it’s been established that I have a sweet tooth. And, I like to indulge it in any way I can. So when I saw a peanut butter cup old-fashioned cocktail, I thought, “Hmmm… bet I can do this with Sunbutter, and I can do it better, and lazier”. Well, I did! I used an old-fashioned mix instead of making it myself, and it’s pretty darn good.

Tip: For a gluten-free version, use Kinnikinnick Vanilla Wafers, you can get them on Amazon.

2 tsp Ry’s Cocoa Sunbutter

Old-fashioned mix

Chocolate bitters

Ice

Serves 2 if you want

Instructions:

Rim glass with Cocoa Sunbutter and dip into crushed wafers

Add ice, Disaronno, and Bourbon to glass. Top up with old-fashioned mix and add a couple of dashes of chocolate bitters.
